Veganism has shot through the roof in the last few months, with many of us becoming increasingly aware of what we are putting into our bodies.  The concept of eating to heal the body rather than to harm it is now becoming more well-known.  The article below holds an interesting approach towards food and how it should be treated as the correct fuel for the body, rather than as pleasure.
