Interesting news

As many of you may have heard in the news today, scientists have shown that genes play a bigger role in our weight than may have been previously thought.  The article is very interesting indeed, but the last two paragraphs remind us that we still hold a lot of power as individuals to improve our weight and wellness.  And this is through a varied, wholesome way of eating.  See link below:
